Technical Features
1 The quick connection flange structure is adopted in the gas path connection.
2 The process of taking and discharging materials is simplified. Only one clamp is needed to connect the gas path, which is convenient for operation.
3 The complex flange installation process is cancelled, and the possibility of damage caused by installation of furnace tube is reduced.
4 The double shell structure is adopted, the inner layer is stainless steel structure, and the shell is carbon steel.
5 The heating furnace is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper furnace can be turned backward by 110 ℃, which is convenient to take, place and observe the experimental materials. The furnace material is made of imported high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber material, saving energy by 50% and uniform temperature field.
6 The heating element is ocr27al7mo2 alloy wire with high resistance. The resistance wire is located around the furnace to ensure high temperature uniformity and the best temperature field effect.
Adopt high quality quartz tube, both ends are sealed with stainless steel flange.
7 The vacuum degree of furnace can reach 10-3 PA with diffusion pump or molecular pump;
8 The furnace body adopts double-layer air insulation technology, equipped with automatic cooling fan to reduce the temperature of furnace shell;
9 Four universal wheels are installed on the furnace body to facilitate the overall movement;
10 The program temperature control system can edit 30 sections of program temperature control, with temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, phase-shifting trigger and silicon controlled control.
