Trolley Furnace

The shell of this series of electric furnaces is welded by steel plate and section steel. The trolley is welded by section steel and steel plate. The trolley reduces heat radiation and convection loss by soft contact with furnace lining and sand sealing mechanism, effectively ensuring the sealing of furnace body. The furnace lining adopts the full fiber structure, which is about 30% energy saving compared with the brick furnace. The long fiber prick blanket is used as the raw material, and the specification of 300 × 300 × 300 is made with special equipment. In addition, certain compression is reserved during the processing. After the completion of the building, each ceramic fiber block expands in different directions, making the modules compact into a whole without gap, and the heat storage effect is good. Moreover, the heat storage effect is good The product is easy to construct and can be directly fixed on the stainless steel anchor round nail of furnace shell steel plate. Compared with other products, the advantages are low heat conduction, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion performance, excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance and insulation.
